Everything I Saved This Week | 028
Recent mental fancies.
For week ending 11/30/25.
Maison Martin Margiela Couture Metal Mask
Saved because: My brain’s been in the realm of Christmas decor, and hammered silver ornaments have caught my eye this year. I can’t help but think of this reshaped metal plate as the ultimate display piece of decor.
Image from ‘Chatsworth Revisited’ by Erdem Moralıoğlu
Saved because: The juxtaposition here is striking. It feels like something from Phantom Thread. It’s actually from an exhibit and photo series called Imaginary Conversations, chronicling the inspiration behind Erdem’s S/S 24 collection, which was heavily driven by by Duchess Deborah Devonshire of Chatsworth House’s own style and personal history. Definitely take a look at the link to see more from it!
Detail from Christian Dior by Jonathan Anderson
Saved because: I cannot get enough of Dior’s new symbol—we’ve seen it so far on incredible cast belt buckles—and now Jonathan Anderson is teasing more details from an upcoming collection featuring the crest in delicate lace. It looks like some sort of 1920s-inspired silk and lace garment. More, please!
Red Knit Ensemble by Thngs World
Saved because: Have you ever seen a more appropriate holiday season outfit? I don’t think so. I’m also in a button obsession at this time and adore this layered knit ensemble. Honestly, the entire thing is reminding me of a medieval knit outfit and I’m not mad about it. I believe Thngs World’s pieces are only available in Russia, but Alex Mill has a cardigan that isn’t that dissimilar. Waiting for that high-neck buttoned vest, though.
Elsa Peretti Large Bone Cuff by Tiffany, Captured by Ron Gallela
Saved because: The ultimate wishlist item in it’s proper glory, on the arm of Liza Minnelli in the 70s.
Chanel Metiers d’Art Collateral
Saved because: Matthieu Blazy takes Chanel’s Metiers d’Art annual show to NYC this year, this week in fact, on Tuesday. For what I presume is the invite, Chanel provided guests with a custom newspaper, my favorite page being this playful crossword puzzle. I love to see some cheek back at Chanel.
Karl presented a Metiers d’Art show at the Met in NYC, which had a large Egyptian influence. Curious to see what Blazy does for his second collection!
Have a good week! xx

Very into this red knit ensemble
