For week ending 6/7.
Saved because: Wholly unnecessary, incredible amazing, totally ridiculous. Like a teenage girl’s scrapbook on your foot. Each pair is unique. Waiting for my size to come back in stock…
Sabre Flatware in Creme and Pink
Saved because: I had Sabre cutlery on my wedding registry last year and I changed it to just basic silver flatware…and I very much regret this decision! That said, now I’m taking the opportunity to add a few pieces here and there to our collection for a bit of a pick and mix vibe. Love this random Pinterest save of spumoni-worthy colors. Just need a light green and chocolate. A good place to start your Sabre collection is a bright bottle opener.
Analuisa Corrigan x Joe Henry Baker Scribble Lamps
Saved because: Perfect color combination on these blissfully random shades, paired with a seafoam base. In my dream house…one day…
A/W 1922 Madeleine Vionnet Dress
Saved because: This 100-year-old dress popped up in my feed this week, and I honestly thought it could have been from today—I had to do a double-take on the date. The soft rose velvet that the crescent moons are inlaid into is breathtaking. Vionnet is often called “the pioneer of the bias cut dress.” The image was found via this beautiful vintage studio, Etéreo.
Original Fornasetti Printed Screen
Saved because: Fornasetti is a brand I see in high-end gift shops, little plates and candles here and there. But when I really fell in love with the design house was when Nicolas Ghesquière did a print collaboration with them for Louis Vuitton F/W ‘21. Fornasetti is known for their black and white, intricate graphics that pay tribute to antiquity, architecture, and more. I came across this gorgeous room panel, originally from 1939, on their Instagram, which the house still produces today. Still lusting after one of those LV bags…the Roman intaglio print is everything to me.
Dior Cruise 2026 Headpieces
Saved because: I’m pretty sure an affliction of any person who has gotten married is the constant, “oh, how amazing would that have been for my wedding!” even though you wore exactly what you wanted to wear. Or just an affliction of a clotheshorse (me) ;). Anyway, I was gobsmacked by Maria Grazia Chiuri’s final Dior collection she showed in Rome a couple of weeks ago. This sheer lace moment captured by Julia Hobbs was an absolute highlight. I still can’t get over the hand-beaded dresses that closed the show.
Saved because: The only textures and colors I’d like to wear this summer. Didn’t Loeffler Randall literally just release a version of those shoes, too?
Saved because: Honestly idk…it’s simultaneously giving crusty vintage store but also curated Lower East Side moment…the gals at SC103 can make anything cool. Give me 14 of them to display my wares.
Until next time xx
