Everything I Saved This Week | 004
World feels weirder than ever. But here are some things I liked this past week.
July 14, 2024:
Buly Personalized Toothbrushes
Saved because: It does not get more chic than Buly. What’s more lovely than a personalized toothbrush? Is there an intention to keep it or toss? Or is it just a souvenir? Genuine question…asking for a friend.
Monograms by Unknown
Saved because: My current hyper-obsession on Pinterest is pinning photos of little monograms and brand or makers’ marks, especially with classical influences and figures. I really enjoyed this sheet I found. Source unknown. A few others I loved recently: 1, 2, 3.
Greta Lee for Loewe Menswear F/W ‘24 by David Sims
Saved because: I always look forward to Loewe campaigns—Jonathan Anderson has really never disappointed me the last few years. Not everything he does is within my personal taste, but the way he approaches anything is so artful and I have to respect that. He also casts so well—and included actress Greta Lee in his new menswear campaign that dropped on Sunday. I adore this shot and these sunglasses, Greta pulls off the androgynous look so well, which I find myself gravitating to in my own personal look. The entire campaign released so far is magical, and includes a smoking hot Daniel Craig having a second life as a Luca Guadagnino film star.
Grands Ventres by Alina Szapocznikow (1968)
Saved because: Caught my eye in the best sense—reminds me of the colossal Roman sculptures of Constantine that I hope to see one day, but celebrating a woman's organic and beautiful features. Personally, I’ve been dealing with my own frustrating toward my own body recently, especially in this area, and I found this piece reassuring and comforting. More photos of the sculptures here.
Ribbon Brooch by Ouze
Saved because: I have a longtime love for brooches that I think I found after receiving a few from my mom via great grandmother when I was younger. I’ve been on the hunt for some really cool ones to add to my collection, and just came across this wildly good silver cast ribbon by British jeweler Ouze. Adding to wishlist!
Egg Cup by Floating World
Saved because: More silver obsession. It’s giving me 20th century surrealist dinner party.
Desk Polaroid, Andy Warhol
Saved because: Andy Warhol’s early drawings and later depictions of everyday objects over his screen prints—sorry!
Miu Miu F/W ‘24 New Balance Sneakers
Saved because: I won’t lie—Miuccia got me with these. I want ‘em and I want ‘em bad. But over $1k is abhorrent. That better be a real gold leaf-embossed tongue. LOL.
See you next time!

I love this series! The writing also gives so much weight to the curation, can’t wait for the next one!
